ONLY 14% OF EUROPEAN ADULTS MEET THEIR DAILY FRUIT & VEGETABLE REQUIREMENTS.
Due to the population growth, UN FAO estimated that 60% more food would be required in 2050, together with 120% more water and 42% more cropland. To add to this challenge, 33% of all food produced for human consumption is currently lost or wasted, with fruits and vegetables containing the highest wastage rates.

LOVI’s mother company Nature Preserve, believe all fruits and vegetables should have a second chance. Nature Preserve is founded by scientists with Ph.D. degrees in plant molecular biology and biochemistry. We work with universities and supermarkets on a sustainable system for fruits and vegetables that otherwise would be wasted
